This series of pumps is a horizontal single-suction multi-stage centrifugal pump. It adopts the hydraulic model of high-efficiency energy-saving products recommended by the state. It has high efficiency, wide performance range, safe and stable operation, low noise, long service life and convenient installation and maintenance. Etc. The product can be used to transport clean water without solid particles (abrasives), without suspended solids or other liquids with similar physicochemical properties to clean water. The pump inlet allows a pressure of less than 0.6 MPa. According to their scope of use, they are mainly divided into the following types:

D: used to deliver clear water without solid particles used to miner with the temperature range from 0℃~80℃,The inlet is horizontal direction.

DM: used to deliver liquid with less solid particles or miner with the temperature range from 0℃~+80℃. The inlet is horizontal direction.

DG: used to deliver clear water without solid particles or liquid similar to clear water physically

DY: used to deliver oil products without solid with the temperature range from -20℃~+150℃. The inlet perpendicularly direction

DF: used to deliver corrosive liquid and without solid with the temperature range from -20℃~+150℃. The inlet is perpendicularly direction.

All kind type pump discharge is perpendicularly direction. The shaft of all kind type pump can be with soft packing or mechanical seal. The material through which liquid passes is made from cast iron or bronze or stainless steel.

D Type Horizontal Multistage Centrifugal Pump Structural Features:

The D-type pump is a horizontal, single-suction, sectional multi-stage centrifugal pump with the suction port in the horizontal direction and the discharge port in the vertical direction. The pump casing parts such as the inlet section, the middle section and the outlet section of the pump are integrally connected by tension bolts, and the number of stages of the pump is selected according to the lift of the pump.

The rotor part of the series mainly consists of the impeller, the bushing, the balance disc and the like mounted on the shaft, and the number of the impeller depends on the number of stages of the pump. The on-axis parts are fastened with a flat key and a shaft nut to make them integral with the shaft. The entire rotor is supported by rolling bearings or plain bearings at both ends. The bearings are different according to the model and do not bear axial force. The axial force is balanced by the balance disc.

The sealing surface between the inlet section, the middle section and the outlet section of the pump is sealed with a sealant or O-ring. The seal ring and vane sleeve are sealed between the rotor part and the fixed part, and the seal ring and vane are sealed. The wear level of the sleeve should be replaced when it affects the performance of the pump.

The seal form of the shaft is mechanical seal and packing seal. When the pump is sealed with packing, the position of the packing ring should be properly placed, and the tightness of the packing must be appropriate, so that the liquid can be oozing one drop at a time. The various sealing components of the pump are installed in the sealed cavity, and a certain pressure of water is introduced into the cavity to act as a water seal, water cooling or water lubrication. A replaceable bushing is provided at the shaft seal to protect the pump shaft.

The pump allows the rotor to swim axially in the pump casing during operation. The pump type generally adopts rolling bearing and dry oil lubrication structure (D85-67, D155-67 type pump can adopt sliding bearing, thin oil lubrication structure, or rolling bearing Dry oil lubrication structure).

The pumps are driven directly by the prime mover via a flexible coupling that rotates clockwise from the direction of the prime mover.
