WQS water filled sewage pump is a successfully developed new product based on advanced technology introduced from abroad and the usage characteristics of pumps in China. It is featured with obvious energy saving effect, no plugging, anti-winding, automatic installation and automatic detection etc.
It is especially effective in pumping liquid that contains solid particle or macro-fiber. This series of pumps use impeller with special structure and new mechanical sealing to deliver the liquid that contains solid particle or macro-fiber effectively. Compare with traditional impeller, the new impeller has single channel or double channel, which is like an elbow with same section size, with good fluidity. With proper volute, this pump will be very efficient. The impeller has been tested for static and dynamic equilibrium. The sewage pump can work with no vibration.
WQS water filled sewage pump features
WQS series high-capacity submersible pumps use special double-suction and double-channel structure. When the pump is running, the water flows into it from both ends of the impeller, and flow out from the middle part.
This series of no-blocking submersible sewage pump is a smart combination of submersible motor and double-suction pump. It not only has the function of submersible pump but also can work stably with high efficiency in the way same as double-suction pump.
High capacity submersible pump has double-suction structure, which can draw water at low level. With double-suction double-channel single spiral structure, the motor will bore no axial tensile force as the axial force is reduced and balanced. Therefore, the service life of the pump is prolonged by 3 times, efficiency increased by 15%.
High capacity submersible pump is small and compact, easy to move and install; It needs no pump house. It works when it is put under water, largely reducing project cost.
