The sea water pump is one of our main products, we often export stainless steel pumps to the world for fish farming, offshare platform or fountain projects. Actually we exported 6pcs 14 inches SS316 submersible sea water pumps last year for seafood factory in Iceland and the pumps are also working in the shrimp ponds. 1. QWP Stainless Steel Corrosion-Resistant Submersible Pumps
QWP stainless steel corrosion-resistant submersible pumps have non-clogging, automatic coupling installation, equipped with motor monitoring system, and special customization can have water leakage protection function. With unique structure and new mechanical seal, it can effectively transport solids and long fibers. Compared with the traditional impeller, the stainless steel submersible pump impeller adopts the form of single flow channel or double flow channel. It is similar to a curved pipe with the same cross-sectional size. It has very good flowability and is equipped with a reasonable volute, making the pump With high efficiency, the impeller undergoes dynamic and static balance tests, so that the pump has no vibration during operation.
2. QJ Submersible Salt Water / Sea Water / Ocean Water Pump
Using 304 or 316 stainless steel as casting material, high corrosive resistance and is able to protect environment and water source.
High single stage head guarantees working safety of pumps, carefully designed diameter increased torsional performance of pump shaft.
Pure natural rubber as main material for making hard pump bush, thus corrosive performance of whole pump is increased.
Using high efficient hydraulic model to design impeller, working cost is largely reduced.
Check valve is installed inside to prevent pump from breaking when it suddenly stops.
Accessories inside sea water submersible pumps can be changed and regroup according to head and flow.
