100m3/h down-suction submersible pump operating conditions:

1. The voltage deviation of 380V or 660V does not exceed ±5%, and the frequency of 50Hz does not exceed ±1% of the three-phase AC power supply. There are also high-voltage submersible pumps suitable for 1140V, 3000V, 6000V, and 10000V.

2. The inside of the matching motor must be filled with clean water.

3. The submersible electric pump must always work in the water. The water inlet should be immersed in the dynamic water level below 3 meters, the unit should not be immersed in the static water level more than 70 meters, and the bottom of the motor should be no less than 5 meters from the bottom of the well.

4. Submersible electric pumps should have necessary electrical protection measures. Generally, there should be phase failure protection, overvoltage protection, overcurrent protection, and overheating protection. Submersible electric pumps should generally be started at reduced pressure.

5. Water quality:

a. The water temperature is not higher than 20℃ (if the water temperature is higher than 20℃, QJR series submersible electric pump for hot water can be used)

b. The solid impurity content (weight ratio) is not more than 0.01%

c. PH value of pH 6.5-8.5

d. The content is not more than 1.5 mg/L

e. The content of chloride ion is not more than 400 mg/L

f. The 100m3/h downdraft submersible pump does not contain oil.
