Structural features of LW vertical sewage pump:

2. The pump is directly driven by the motor through the elastic coupling. From the motor side, the LW vertical sewage pump rotates in a clockwise direction.

3. The motor and the LW vertical sewage pump adopt two types of direct connection and layered installation. There are hand holes on the pump body and the water inlet pipe to discharge the dirt. The liquid is sucked in axially and discharged horizontally.

4. Pumps with a discharge port diameter in the range of 65~350mm adopt a base with an elbow, the upper bearing is lubricated with grease, the lower bearing is lubricated with thin oil, and the shaft seal is a mechanical seal; the pump with a discharge port diameter of more than 350mm adopts a straight pipe base , The bearing is lubricated with grease, and the shaft seal is wear-resistant PTFE packing.
