Shenlong technicians pointed out that the first thing to do when installing centrifugal pumps is that the base of the pump should be firm and the length of the suction pipe should be shortened as much as possible. Second, the water inlet pipe should ensure no air leakage. The bottom valve and the hose are fastened with safety ropes. If the water source is a channel, the bottom valve should be more than 0.5 meters above the bottom of the water, and a net should be added to prevent debris from entering the pump. Third, when the pump belt is driven, the tight side of the belt should be down to improve the transmission efficiency. The direction of the impeller of the water pump should be consistent with the direction of the arrow.
Attention should be paid to the inspection of the centrifugal water pump:
(1) Check whether the water inlet hose is damaged, and repair it in time if it cracks. Check whether the fastening bolts are loose, and tighten the loose bolts.
(2) The motor winding and cable insulation of the submersible pump must meet the requirements before it can be used.
(3) The pump shaft should be able to rotate flexibly without impact sound; the pump shaft should have no obvious shaking in the radial direction, and sufficient lubricating oil should be added.
How to troubleshoot centrifugal pumps:
(1) Water or air leakage in the pipeline may be due to the fact that the bolts were not tightened during installation. If the leakage is not serious, apply cement grout to the leaking or air leaking area, and tighten the nut with a wrench; if the leakage is serious, reinstall it.
(2) The water pump vibrates violently, which may be caused by imbalance of the electric rotor, or poor coupling of the coupling, abrasion and bending of the bearing; it may also be caused by the loosening and cracking of the rotating parts and the weak pipe support. It should be adjusted, reinforced, straightened or replaced according to different conditions.
(3) No water is absorbed or discharged, mostly because the bottom valve is stuck, the filter part is blocked; the suction height is too high or the suction pipe is leaking; and the impeller flow passage is blocked, etc., corresponding measures should be taken to solve the problem.
